Jon Bornstein Senior Director | Process Development and Integration

Jon brings to Ampulse more than 20 years of leadership in technology development across a diverse set of silicon-derived technologies. Most recently, Jon directed the integration group at Unity Semiconductor, a venture-backed startup developing a next generation non-volatile memory. In this role, he conceived the architecture for a cross-point memory array and led the process development and manufacturing organizations. Prior to Unity, Jon was director of operations at Brion Technologies, a venture-backed company in computational lithography that was acquired by ASM Lithography. At Brion, Jon led the integration of a novel high resolution silicon sensor for in-situ capture of virtual lithographic images. Jon began his career at Philips Semiconductor and later grew his management skills at Cypress Semiconductor where he led technology development transfer into high volume manufacturing.

Jon has a M.S. in materials science from Stanford University and nine issued patents.
